Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds are available for unused portions of purchased services, including subscriptions, service packs, and single session buys.

  • Refunds must be requested within a specified timeframe which is within 30 days from the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Services
  • Services that have already been utilized are not eligible for refunds. This includes sessions that have been attended and any services where the consultation or class has already been delivered.

  • Missed sessions without prior notification of at least 24 hours will not be eligible for refunds, as these count as services utilized.

Process for Requesting Refunds
  1. To initiate a refund, customers must contact our support team via email at support@gittielabs.com with the details of the purchase, including the date of purchase, the service or session purchased, and the reason for requesting a refund.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the refund request is confirmed and approved. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified by the customer.

  3. Customers will receive a confirmation via email once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions
  • In exceptional cases where a session is canceled or rescheduled by GittieLabs, LLC, customers will be offered the choice between rescheduling or receiving a full refund for that specific session.

  • If any technical issues on our part prevent the delivery of a scheduled service or session, customers will be eligible for a full refund.

This policy is in accordance with local laws and regulations relevant to our operation jurisdictions. GittieLabs, LLC is committed to complying with all applicable laws including consumer protection regulations, ensuring that our practices are fair and transparent.

 

Changes to the Refund Policy:

GittieLabs, LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after being posted on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the refund policy periodically to be aware of any changes.
